True Love, now what's true love? Does it really exist?
True love is unconditional
There is no expectation attached
True love is not about how big the gift box is
True love does not want something in return
True love is to love without anything getting in the way of it.
True love means that you're loved for just being you.
In essence, It is not unconditional love when someone likes you only because you can give them what they want.
It is also not unconditional love when someone only loves you under certain circumstances.
But isn't this idea far fetched? It seems too out of reach to think of loving one another on an unconditional basis. Truth be said, it is a complex idea. In reality, we all have an incredible amount of expectation of one another which makes the idea of unconditional love almost a fantasy.
Biologically though, parents were the only ones obligated to love you; from the rest of the world, you had to earn the love.
A mother's love is unconditional, It is the purest form of love. When you look into your mother’s eyes, you should see the purest love you can ever find on earth.
If you are anything like me, and I would venture you are, you long to be loved unconditionally. For someone to treasure you for who you are and not what you give.
It is just about the most beautiful gift to be loved without condition - I can't think of anything more freeing - to be loved for just you rather than just being loved for the 'good' bits.
